Pumpkin Cat – Ann Turner
Pumpkin Cat is a sweet story that features a ginger cat who finds safety at the library. Although the library is safe and warm and children come to visit during the day, it still doesn’t feel like home to the ginger cat. The unexpected arrival of Halloween Cat, a baby kitten left in a basket at the library, gives ginger cat the new role of mother to the kitten and a true sense of being home.

God’s Design for Sexuality in a Changing Culture
God’s Design for Sexuality in a Changing Culture is a 15-session DVD curriculum that explores sexuality from a Bible-based outlook. Each session includes a minister that discusses a specific area of concern. This collection would be an outstanding resource for church-based small group study.

The Struggle is Real: Getting Better at Life, Stronger in Faith, and Free from the Stuff Keeping You Stuck – Nicole Unice
The Struggle is Real is a terrific book that explores the idea that all of the ups and downs in our lives are all part of God’s bigger plan. Unice use a conversational tone as a writer, and you cannot help but feel like you are chatting with a friend as you read this book. Each chapter includes a set of discussion questions that help the reader more fully think about the text. This book would be a wonderful resource for small group study.

Too Blessed to be Stressed for Moms – Debora M. Coty
Too Blessed to be Stressed for Moms is a great little book. Debora Coty uses honesty and humor to provide an encouraging text for moms. Each chapter explores a mothering concern, includes a relevant Bible verse as well as an engaging real life story, and closes with questions for reflection. This book would make a great gift!
To celebrate the release of Too Blessed to Be Stressed for Moms and to bless a mom that needs to de-stress, Deb is
giving away a “Take a Day for Mom” $75 VISA Cash Card. The card can be used by a mom for a day of pampering or just getting away and enjoying a day to herself. Do you need a day away or know a mom that does? (Is that a trick question?) Then, enter the giveaway and share it with all your friends. (Another little secret… You don’t have to prove you are a mom in order to win!)
