Reading Sacred Rest made for a refreshing start to the new year.  This book details seven different types of rest: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, sensory, and creative and shares the importance of rest and the impact it can potentially have in enhancing our lives.  The assessment tool within the book was  a terrific addition to the text.
