Convicted: A Crooked Cop, An Innocent Man, and an Unlikely Journey of Forgiveness and Friendship – Jameel McGee & Andrew Collins with Mark Tabb

Convicted is a page turner that shares the stories of Jameel McGee who was falsely convicted of drug crimes and crooked narcotics officer Andrew Collins.  In his pursuit to get drug arrests, Collins “created” the evidence that was needed to frame and ultimately earn a conviction against McGee.  McGee is sent to federal prison for those drug charges.  Collins also ends up in federal prison for his falsification of police reports.  During their respective time in prison, both men experience a period of renewal in their faith which prepares their hearts and minds for their unbelievable meeting after their release.  This book shares an incredibly inspiring story of forgiveness and reconciliation.
