Upon waking from hibernation, bear is VERY hungry.  He finds some food on his own and then enlists the help of his friends to find more and more.  He finally heads home but can no longer fit thru his door due to the volume he has eaten.  Ultimately, bear and his friends have to have their party outside, and he continues to eat until he ends up with a tummy ache and falls asleep.  It is then that all of his friends realize that now they want more!
