The Eat Live Thrive Diet is a plan that presents a three phase nutrition journey. The book starts with how to jump starting weight loss and then provides details on how to investigate for food allergies and sensitives. The final phase focuses on creating a life long nutrition plan. There was not really any “new” nutritional information in the book, but it is written an easy to understand step by step manner.
